ఓం శ్రీధరాయ నమః | ॐ श्रीधराय नमः | OM Śrīdharāya namaḥ
జననీం సర్వభూతానాం వహన్ స్వే వక్షసి శ్రియమ్ ।
మహావిష్ణుః శ్రీధరః ఇత్యుచ్యతే పరమేశ్వరః ॥
సర్వ జీవ జననియగు శ్రీని తన వక్షమునందు ధరించునుగనుక శ్రీ విష్ణుదేవునకు శ్రీధరః అని నామము.
जननीं सर्वभूतानां वहन् स्वे वक्षसि श्रियम् ।
महाविष्णुः श्रीधरः इत्युच्यते परमेश्वरः ॥
Jananīṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ vahan sve vakṣasi śriyam,
Mahāviṣṇuḥ śrīdharaḥ ityucyate parameśvaraḥ.
Since He bears on His bossom, Śrī who is the mother of all creatures, Lord Viṣṇu has the divine name 'Śrīdharaḥ'.

यशः श्रियामेव परिश्रमः परो वर्णाश्रमाचारतपः श्रुतादिषु ।
अविस्मृतिः श्रीधरपादपद्मयोर्गुणानुवादश्रवणादरादिभिः ॥ ५४ ॥
Śrīmad Bāgavata - Canto 12, Chapter 12
Yaśaḥ śriyāmeva pariśramaḥ paro varṇāśramācāratapaḥ śrutādiṣu,
Avismr̥tiḥ Śrīdharapādapadmayorguṇānuvādaśravaṇādarādibhiḥ. 54.
The great endeavor one undergoes in executing the ordinary social and religious duties of the varṇāśrama system, in performing austerities, and in hearing from the Vedas culminates only in the achievement of mundane fame and opulence. But by respecting and attentively hearing the recitation of the transcendental qualities of the Supreme Lord, the husband of the goddess of fortune, one can remember His lotus feet.
| श्रीदश्श्रीशश्श्रीनिवासः श्रीनिधिः श्रीविभावनः । |
| श्रीधरः श्रीकरश्श्रेयः श्रीमान् लोकत्रयाश्रयः ॥ ६५ ॥ |
| శ్రీదశ్శ్రీశశ్శ్రీనివాసః శ్రీనిధిః శ్రీవిభావనః । |
| శ్రీధరః శ్రీకరశ్శ్రేయః శ్రీమాన్ లోకత్రయాశ్రయః ॥ 65 ॥ |
| Śrīdaśśrīśaśśrīnivāsaḥ śrīnidhiḥ śrīvibhāvanaḥ, |
| Śrīdharaḥ śrīkaraśśreyaḥ śrīmān lokatrayāśrayaḥ ॥ 65 ॥ |
